Terms of Service

Last updated 15 October 2026

1. Who we are

Teddit is operated by Sole proprietor (FOP) Ivan Mykolaiovych Dakhin (ФОП Дахін Іван Миколайович), taxpayer number (РНОКПП) 3520202752, Ukraine, 7 Darialska St., Dnipro, Dnipropetrovsk region, 49021, Ukraine (“we”, “us”). These Terms are an agreement between us and the person or organisation that creates a Teddit workspace (“you”). By creating an account or using Teddit you accept them.

2. What Teddit does

Teddit asks AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI answers) the questions you set up, stores their answers, and measures how your brand and the competitors you name appear in them. Teddit reports what the assistants answered; it does not give advice, and the answers are written by third-party AI services that we do not control. Answers can be wrong, change from one scan to the next, and differ from what a person sees in an assistant’s own app.

3. Accounts

  • You must give a working email address and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account and keys.
  • A workspace’s owners decide who may join it and with which role. Owners are responsible for the people they invite.
  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for yourself or for the organisation you act for.

4. Price and payment

  • Teddit is paid in advance: you top up a workspace balance, and each scan is paid from it per AI answer collected, at the prices shown on the pricing page and in the app before a scan starts. Failed answers are not charged.
  • Prices are in US dollars and include applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax): the amount you pay is the amount added to the balance.
  • The balance does not expire while your account is open. It is not cash, cannot be transferred to another workspace, and earns no interest.
  • We may change prices for future scans; a change never applies to a scan already started, and we announce it on the pricing page in advance.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use Teddit to break any law, or to collect personal data about people without a lawful basis;
  • put into prompts content that is illegal, hateful, or designed to make AI services produce harmful output;
  • try to get around spending limits, access controls or rate limits, or to reach other customers’ data;
  • resell or give access to Teddit as a service of your own without our written agreement;
  • overload, probe or attack the service.

The AI providers’ own usage rules also apply to the prompts that Teddit sends on your behalf.

6. Your data

The sites, prompts, competitors and answers in your workspace are yours. You give us the right to store and process them only to run Teddit for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your prompts and answers at any time and delete your workspace.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Teddit available, but it is provided “as is”: scans depend on AI providers that can be slow, change or stop answering. We may change or remove features; if we stop offering Teddit, we will give at least 30 days’ notice, so the balance can be used.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or decisions taken on the basis of AI answers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Teddit and delete your workspace at any time; top-ups are not refundable, as the Refund Policy says. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, after telling you why when we can.

10. Law and changes to these Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We may update them; we will post the new version here with its date and, for significant changes, email workspace owners before they apply. Continuing to use Teddit after that means you accept the new version.
