Refund Policy

Last updated 15 October 2026

Teddit is paid in advance: you top up a balance and scans are paid from it, per AI answer collected.

Top-ups are not refundable

Money added to the balance is not paid back, in part or in full, including when you stop using Teddit or close your account. The balance does not expire: it stays in the workspace and pays for scans whenever you run them. Before each scan the app shows what it will cost, so you decide how much of the balance to use.

What we do instead

  • Failed answers are never charged. An answer the AI assistant did not give costs nothing.
  • A scan charged by mistake (a failure on our side) has its charge put back on your balance.
  • If we stop offering Teddit, we give at least 30 days’ notice, so the balance can be used.

Your rights under the law

By topping up, you ask for the balance to be available at once and accept that, where the law allows it, the right to withdraw from the purchase ends when the balance is credited. Where the law of your country gives you a right to a refund that cannot be excluded, that right applies.
